Client – a natural or legal person who places an Order
Account – the section of the Website consisting of an e-mail address and password that allows the Client to place Orders and access order history
Products and Services – any product or service mentioned in an Order
Order – an electronic document acting as a form of communication between Seller and Client
Seller – TIPO MEDIA S.R.L., CUI 35510460, registered with the Trade Register under no. J5/193/27.01.2016, with registered office in Petreasa, no. 91, Bihor County, Romania
Contract – a confirmed Order
Courier – any public or private entity providing courier services

7. SALES POLICY

All information used to describe Products and/or Services on the Website is for presentation purposes only and does not constitute a contractual obligation.
Any Client may place Orders on the Website.
By placing an Order, the Client agrees to communication via e-mail.
An unconfirmed Order does not constitute a Contract.
The Contract is considered concluded when the Client receives the Order confirmation by e-mail.

8. ORDER

Orders may be placed via the contact form or by e-mail at office@luxuryinvitations.ro, or by adding Products/Services to the shopping cart and completing payment.
Placing Products in the cart does not constitute an Order unless the checkout process is completed.
By finalizing an Order, the Client confirms that all provided data is accurate and complete.
The Seller may cancel an Order without further obligations in cases such as payment refusal, invalid transactions, or incorrect Client data.

9. PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRICING

All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT.
Displayed prices are final purchase prices.
Prices may be changed without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, the Client will be informed of the correct price.

10. DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery is made via door-to-door courier service.
Shop products: delivery fee of 18 RON nationwide
Non-Shop products: delivery cost calculated based on weight and location
EU delivery available upon request
Delivery details do not constitute a contractual obligation.

11. DELIVERY TIME

Shop products: up to 5 business days
Custom products: up to 20 business days from final artwork approval
Delivery times depend on the courier and are not guaranteed.

12. PAYMENT METHODS

Card payment (3D Secure)
Custom Products

Card payment via payment link (Link to Pay)
Payment is made in full in advance after artwork approval.

13. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership of Products is transferred upon delivery and full payment.

14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Clients have the right to withdraw within 14 working days, except for customized products, in accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014).

Customized products cannot be returned.

15. WARRANTY

The Courier guarantees delivery in good condition. If damaged, the Seller will replace the Product.

16. USER NOTIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to provide accurate data and refrain from publishing illegal, defamatory, or copyrighted materials.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Romanian law.

17. FRAUD

Any attempt to access personal data or alter Website content constitutes fraud and will be prosecuted.

18. LEGAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
Disputes will be settled amicably or by courts having jurisdiction at the Seller’s registered office.

Termination:
This Agreement remains in force until terminated by either party. Upon termination, all downloaded materials must be destroyed.
