1. Definitions

  • Seller: Luxury Media Services SRL.

  • Buyer: Any individual or legal entity placing an Order.

  • Goods and Services: Any product or service to be provided by the Seller.

  • Order: An electronic document serving as a communication form between Seller and Buyer.

  • Content: All information on the Site (text, images, multimedia) and electronic communications.

  • Newsletter: Electronic means of providing information on Goods, Services, or promotions.

2. Contractual Documents

By placing an order via email or phone, the Buyer agrees to the Seller’s form of communication.

Important: The automated notification received after placing an order is informative only and does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is considered finalized only when the Seller sends an electronic confirmation (email) and a Proforma Invoice.

3. Seller’s Obligations

Information on the site is for informational purposes and may be modified without notice. Product descriptions may be incomplete due to space constraints, but the Seller strives to present the most relevant data.

4. Assignment and Subcontracting

The Seller may subcontract third parties for services (such as delivery or invoicing) without the Buyer’s consent, while remaining responsible for all contractual obligations.

5. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership transfers to the Buyer upon payment. For courier deliveries, the agent is not authorized to allow the opening of packages before the delivery is signed for and paid.

6. Sales Policy

  • All prices are in Pounds and include all TAXES.

  • The Seller reserves the right to restrict access to a Buyer if their conduct is deemed harmful to the site.

  • Images and multimedia are for presentation purposes only and do not represent a contractual obligation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on luxurycards.ro is the exclusive property of the Seller.

  • Buyer Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible for the graphics/text provided for printing. The Buyer warrants they own the rights to the submitted materials and that they comply with current laws.

  • The Seller reserves the right to display images of finished products created from the Buyer’s graphics for presentation purposes.

8. The Order

An order is only valid after the Seller confirms it via phone or email, following steps like graphic verification, receiving the “Ready for Print” approval, and payment of a deposit.

  • Seller may cancel an order if: The deposit is unpaid, graphics are non-compliant, the Buyer does not provide “Ready for Print” approval, or execution times cannot be met.

9. Liability

The User/Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. By checking the agreement box or sending an order, the user explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Luxury Media Services processes personal data for:

  • Order communication, invoicing, and shipping.

  • Sharing data with courier companies for delivery.

  • Newsletters (only with prior consent). Buyers have the right to access, rectify, delete (“right to be forgotten”), and restrict data processing.

11. Availability

If a product is unavailable, the Seller will notify the Buyer via email within 3 days of the order.

12. Return Policy

  • Custom Products: According to Art. 10 of Ordinance 130/2000, personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Print Quality: Color shifts between the screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) are not considered defects. Buyers may order a print sample before production.
