Return and Refund Policy

At LuxuryCards, we carefully inspect the quality of every product. If errors occur that are the responsibility of LuxuryCards, products can be returned for either a replacement with different items or a full reprint of the order.


Important Considerations

  • Color Accuracy: Differences in shade are not considered printing defects. Screens use the RGB color model, while professional printing requires CMYK. This technical difference means colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on your monitor.

  • Samples: If you wish to verify a material, color, or specific detail before placing a large personalized order, you may order a single non-personalized sample.

    • The customer covers the cost of the product and shipping.

    • Sample orders are non-returnable, as they are imported specifically at the customer’s request to facilitate quality checks.


Return Steps

If your situation meets the legal criteria for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Timeframe: According to Art. 9 of O.U.G. 34/2014, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery or pickup.

  2. Notification: You must announce your intent to return via an unequivocal statement sent to office@luxurycards.ro before the 14-day period expires.

    Note: Return requests cannot be made via telephone; they must be in writing.

  3. Approval: You will receive a confirmation email from our team approving or rejecting your request.

  4. Shipping: Once approved, you have 14 calendar days to ensure the product reaches us at:

    • S.C. Luxury Media Services S.R.L., Str. Icoanei 61, Ground Floor, Bucharest.

    • Returns can be made in person or via courier (not postal services). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Refund: Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to an alternative method.


Return Restrictions

According to Art. 16 of O.U.G. 34/2014, the following cannot be returned:

  • Special Orders: Products made to the consumer’s specific instructions.

  • Personalized Products: Any item clearly customized for the client.


Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, and the entire order must be returned. We will refuse returns for products that:

  • Show signs of damage (moisture, scratches, chips, dents, or mechanical/electrical shocks).

  • Show signs of excessive use.

  • Are part of a pattern of “return abuse” (repeated returns from the same customer).
