Recently, we produced luxury business cards featuring Spot UV varnish on a three-colour multilayer cardstock.

The multilayer structure consists of three manually bonded sheets — white, intense red, and navy blue — reaching a total weight of 1000 gsm, significantly enhancing durability.

Contact details were printed on the white surface using vivid, saturated colours. The logo was printed on the matte navy side, starting with a white ink base to enhance the blue shades layered above it.

A spot UV varnish layer was then applied selectively over the logo, transforming the visual impact. The contrast between matte surfaces and glossy varnish creates a striking visual and tactile effect.
