A new set of luxury business cards, where we managed to transform an apparently complex design into a true luxury object — all through the perfect selection of finishing techniques.
Silver foil emboss:
The embossing, created using silver foil and applied manually with extreme precision, leaves no visible impression on the reverse side. This technique gives the business card a refined, sophisticated appearance.
Multilayer cardstock:
A double-thickness black velvety multilayer cardstock was chosen to completely mask any embossing marks on the back, while also adding rigidity and a sense of seriousness. The cardstock layers are hand-glued, one card at a time.
Raised UV printing:
The contact details were printed using raised UV white ink. The UV white ink has a subtle pearlescent finish and is applied with perfect accuracy thanks to digital UV printing.
Spot UV varnish:
The finishing touch — glossy raised spot UV varnish. Glossy black on matte black cardstock creates a stunning effect, visible only from certain angles and light reflections.
