Today’s project features raised UV printing on Kraft cardstock.

Kraft cardstock has a cream-brown color and a porous texture, which presents a real challenge: how do you achieve raised printing on a paper that absorbs ink?

The solution was a higher density of white base ink, allowing us to achieve a perfectly defined raised effect. The client’s design included a white-ink rectangle with perfectly even borders — a difficult task for any printing house.
