Recently, we completed an order for business cards featuring luxury finishes: Folio and Letterpress. The customer desired a simple yet elegant card.

The process began with selecting 300 gsm white board, with a matte, lightly textured surface. After cutting to size, the board underwent Letterpress and Foil stamping.

Both finishes require custom dies created specifically for the design. Letterpress involves pressing the die into the board, while Foil stamping applies metallic foil over the letterpress impression.

For optimal results, the foil is applied manually, ensuring sharply defined contours for both text and logo. The pressing process does not affect the rest of the surface, resulting in a refined, high-contrast, richly colored finish.

The combination of textured board, tactile letterpress, and metallic gold foil reflects refined and elegant taste. The 300 cards were completed in 24 hours and delivered immediately.
