When it comes to special things, imagination knows no limits.

Our client wanted something unique, resulting in a distinctive business card design featuring a special shape, Spot UV varnish, and a matte black Multilayer board—part of the Luxury Cards portfolio.

We began by selecting matte black board, transformed into a highly durable multilayer structure composed of three manually bonded layers, reaching 800 gsm.

After creating the multilayer board, it was contour-cut into a custom shape measuring 30 × 70 mm. Each piece was then individually processed through digital equipment for spot UV application.

Spot UV involves selectively applying a special varnish only to designated elements. Applied over a matte surface, the varnish produces an elegant, subtly raised effect with pleasant tactile contrast. UV curing ensures long-term resistance to scratches.

These business cards exude refinement, while the special shape reflects the finest tastes. The 300 cards were completed within 2 days of order confirmation.
