An order of business cards that proved to be a true challenge, successfully completed. Printed on triplex multilayer cardstock – black-red-black – we chose Plike paper, currently one of the best premium papers on the market. The result was a rigid, thick business card with a soft, velvety touch.

First, the sheets were prepared and then laser cut along the contour. After laser cutting, the burnt edges were removed using an electric guillotine, allowing the red core to be perfectly visible.

The next step was the most complex one: precise alignment of the red foil over the laser-cut “R” shape, followed by UV raised printing for the contact details.

Considering that this project passed through four different machines and achieved a precision of under 1 mm, these business cards represent one of our greatest achievements.
